Canninghill Piers Floor Plan

 

Located in the beautiful county of Hampshire, Canninghill Piers is a part of the Cities of East Riding of Hampshire. The area has been voted as one of the top 20 places to live by the Royal Society of New Zealand. This place offers various types of recreational facilities including walks, paths, lakes, water sports and golf courses. It also has many different types of homes. The planned development will be designed to have a series of hotels, serviced apartments, a restaurant, a swimming pool, and other commercial spaces.

A number of hotels and serviced apartments are proposed to be built in the Canninghill Piers development. The planned development has a land mass of over an estimated 100,000 square meters and the planned development is aimed at providing a serviced apartment, a three-bedroom apartment, and a studio flat. The planned development will have two connectable segments, one segment is along the river valley road and another is along the showflat. The planned segregated pedestrianised boulevards are planned to link these segments together. The segregated pedestrianised boulevards are proposed to link these segments together.

When Canninghill Piers was first planned, there were several hotels proposed along with serviced residences. However, after the original Canninghill Piers concept was rejected in favour of a new concept for Canninghill, the number of hotel and serviced housing projects was reduced to just two. These projects are located across the river from the planned development area. They include a serviced apartment on the Showflat and a large hotel being developed on the Canninghill Piers greens.

As per the Strategic Location Study, this area has an excellent commercial and recreational potential, however the lack of suitable access makes this area unsuitable for development with high-rise tower blocks. The master plan proposes to address this problem by developing an attractive residential neighbourhood and connecting it to the river promenade through a walking trail. This would provide an ideal location for restaurants and cafes along the Canninghill Piers and enable easy access to the promenade.

Commercial properties are spread across the various segments of Canninghill Piers. The two commercial segments that are developed are the Canninghill Centre Business Centre (CCBC) and the Singapore River Promenade Retail Park. The CCBC will have retail outlets and an indoor skywalk and will include ground-level retail shops. The Singapore River Promenade Retail Park will consist of a skywalk, restaurants, cafes and a variety of food outlets. The commercial properties are spread across the Canninghill and Central Business Districts. These include high rise tower blocks and townhouses, mid-rise apartments and condominiums.

The Canninghill Piers floor plan and its retail and restaurant opportunities are ideally placed next to the Montessori kindergarten and the preschool and daycare centres in the area. The mix of activities available on the Piers makes it a great location for active children. The strategic location of the retail shops and restaurants makes it a convenient location for residents of Canninghill and the surrounding areas to access the centre and shopping centres as well as the vibrant night life of the Singapore River.
